On Monday the 18th of December all of the bilingual pupils of the 6th class had an English breakfast. Before we had talked about Great Britain (the weather, the landscape, the geography ...) in class.

We cooked together with the help of a few older pupils in the kitchen of the Brunnen Secondary School. We were 5 groups on five cookers and made a typical English breakfast with baked beans, bacon, fried eggs, hashbrowns, tomatoes and mushrooms. Additionally we had toast with butter, tea and orange juice.

After preparing the breakfast we layed the table and finally we could taste the food. Most of us really liked the food, except the beans. After everybody finished with his/her breakfast we made the dishes and cleaned up together.

That was a great, interesting and delicious bilingual lesson.
